By now, you have probably picked up on the fact that my platform is all about PURPOSE! Over the last several months I have written on this very topic. Your purpose will never be perfect, and that is “perfectly all right!” While it will never be perfect, that does not mean that it cannot be. So to remind you of my passion and sincere desire for your own life, I thought I would share (once more) my purpose, that being encouragement!

My engine named encouragement is composed of 4 core convictions that lead to 4 primary challenges. My purpose is to create a system of proactive, planned encouragement as a component of achievement.

1. What is your most important project or area of focus in the next quarter, 6 months, year?

2. What is one thing you are doing already to make this a reality?

3. Create “Done Lists” rather than “To-Do Lists” to create a sense of accomplishment.
