I am a triathlete lucky to be alive. Swimming, biking and running each day reminds me of how precious life is. The physical act of transitioning from swimming to the bike and then to running is a perfect picture of change.

We all face seasons in life and triathlon has transformed me from hospital patient to competitive athlete. I believe that a strong body leads to a strong mind and spirit.  A body built to last is one that will withstand the pressures of everyday life.

I typically post 5 times per week with tips, strategies, and disciplines gained from my personal journey.  Whether you are brand new to the world of endurance sports or a seasoned professional, I hope you find my daily posts beneficial.

  1. Bo, nice meeting you at Timex HQ. Your passion for living to the fullest shows through your speech. We talked after the event about my daughter’s circumstance. I’ll introduce her to this site.

      • Hey Bo, thanks for the kind words. We’ve had a few more medical situations pop up in the past few weeks, do I’m finally getting around to respond to messages.
