Hello and welcome to my personal blog!
I am a triathlete lucky to be alive. Swimming, biking and running each day reminds me of how precious life is. The physical act of transitioning from swimming to the bike and then to running is a perfect picture of change.
We all face seasons in life and triathlon has transformed me from hospital patient to competitive athlete. I believe that a strong body leads to a strong mind and spirit. A body built to last is one that will withstand the pressures of everyday life.
I typically post 5 times per week with tips, strategies, and disciplines gained from my personal journey. Whether you are brand new to the world of endurance sports or a seasoned professional, I hope you find my daily posts beneficial.

Love It !!! Rock on Bo.
Bo, nice meeting you at Timex HQ. Your passion for living to the fullest shows through your speech. We talked after the event about my daughter’s circumstance. I’ll introduce her to this site.
DT, you are very kind and the pleasure was more than mutual. It is clear you are a gifted writer and I am aspiring to write my first book! I would greatly appreciate any feedback you could provide on my writing.
In the meantime, please connect me to your daughter and I will do whatever I can to help!
Hey Bo, thanks for the kind words. We’ve had a few more medical situations pop up in the past few weeks, do I’m finally getting around to respond to messages. I’ll introduce my daughter to your blog and go from there. I would be happy to help out on your book with feedback. Catch up with you soon.
DT, I am very sorry to hear that your last few weeks have been rough. I do appreciate you bringing this to my attention and keeping me in the loop. BTW, what is your daughter’s name? Really looking forward to meeting her..
Your offer to advise me sporadically on my book means a lot. I just submitted my book proposal and received 2 publishing offers!
