The Process of Purpose

The goal of life is NOT perfection. I chased it to the point of death (literally) but lived to share my experience. My book “The Problem with Perfect” will be released on August 13th and I could not be more excited. In the meantime, I wanted to take the next several weeks to give you an inside look of the production of my life’s work. I sincerely hope you enjoy…

I’ve stumbled upon a profound mystery over the last 35 years and I’d simply love to share it with you, the problem is – it sounds simple – but it’s really not. So I’ll just state the obvious and let you hash out the details. Perfection is just not possible, I wish I could tell you otherwise, but perfection nearly cost me my life. I would simply love to share a story that would allow you to benefit from my story.

Perfection is not the goal of life and the sooner we realize that the sooner we can find our purpose. No two individuals on this entire planet are exactly like. And NO individual on the entire planet is perfect, but what every individual person on the face of this planet has in common is that we were all created for a purpose.

And you know what, it’s not going to be perfect, no matter how hard you try, how hard you think, no matter how fast you go, there is no ending to the destination to the ending called perfection.

But you know what, it doesn’t have to be perfect in order for it to be on purpose.

How did you feel when you woke up this morning? Good, bad, indifferent…well I’m not sure that matters because throughout the course of your day things are going to happen both that you can control and that you can’t control, but regardless of your control – it’s not going to be perfect – but then again it doesn’t have to be – but it does have to be on purpose.

So what is purpose after all, well I feel there are 6 primary along the journey to your purpose and it starts with your potential.
