Justice, not exactly a “friendly” word huh? No, because justice is what you reap good or bad. More often than not the word justice carries a negative connotation…

You don’t prepare adequately for your half marathon and justice brings you side-stiches or muscle cramps.

You fail in your nutrition during your Ironman event and you never make it to the finish line.

Justice means consequences. You might be able to get away with a bad habit for a while, but ultimately you will not escape the grasp of justice.

How to avoid justice….

Train smart, listen to your body, surround yourself with knowledge people and most importantly, execute proper nutrition.
