The great thing about inspiration is that it can come from anywhere in all shapes and sizes!

What or who moves you?

How do you maintain your discipline and focus?

What causes you to get out of bed early each morning to train?

Well, if you’ve never given this any real thought, I suggest you do AND START TODAY.

Inspiration can keep you in the game. Inspiration will allow you to push through pain. Inspiration is responsible for the attitude that leads to consistent training.

While I’m thinking about (and before you forget) record your inspiration and retrieve it whenever you feel the urge to slack off.
