Commitment is doing the thing you say you would LONG AFTER THE FEELING YOU MADE IT IN HAS LEFT YOU.

I think of New Year’s Resolutions. Its no surprise why gyms are full during the month of January each and every year. Everyone feels great about making a change. Feelings are worthless and they are few and far between.

When it comes to commitment there is no such thing as “trying.” If you start something new with the “try mentality” it will not last; you will quit at the first hint of pain.
